Print job stuck in the Queue
Delete job files and restart
- Turn the printer off with the power button and unplug the power cord of the printer from the wall outlet
- Find and open Services in Windows
- Right-click on Print Spooler in the Services window, then choose Stop
- Close the Services window after the service stops
- Then, in Windows, search C: Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and open it
